Janet Bernhardt received her training at the American Institute of Clinical Massage in Post Falls, Idaho. A total of 1250 hours of class and clinic time were required for her graduation in December of 2002. This is also where she attended the classes and examination for her Medical Massage Llicense. In the spring of 2003, Janet sat for her National Board Examination, and in the fall of the same year obtained her Washington State License.

Janet's goal is to participate in a form of health care that encourages and promotes a positive, healthy, self caring environment both internally and externally for her clients. She believes that massage therapy should always consider the whole person during a session, as there are many physical and psycological benefits that result from this type of complementary health care modality.
